Presentation will include the following on Intellectual Property (IP):
•An overview of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and various forms of agreements including NDA’s, Non-Compete’s, etc.;
•Describing the legal, conceptual, and practical differences among various types of IP and how to choose the right type of protection;
•Providing an actual demonstration of an automotive-related invention that was very successful financially; and
•Providing a few “whacky patents” to help put things into perspective.
